MTV Networks Australia
Mission
Agent99 PR was commissioned to launch the new MTV broadband channel 'Overdrive' and generate interest from prospective advertisers targeting the youth market.
Approach
Agent99 PR leveraged the MTV Award nominees and host announcement event to launch MTV Overdrive and generate interest from B2B and digital media. Concurrently, we initiated an extensive media relations campaign targeting a tailored B2B media list. Through creative press kits that engaged media, along with exclusive interviews secured for the MTV management team, we were able to inform youth marketers that a new avenue guaranteed to reach their market was available to them.
Results

Child Wise
Mission
Child Wise, a Melbourne based non-profit concerned with the prevention of child sexual abuse launched a new campaign called 'Speak Up' assisting parents and carers to identify the signs of child sexual abuse. Agent99 PR was appointed to launch the campaign on a national scale.
Approach
A two pronged strategy was designed specifically for the campaign. Using existing, yet little known research about child sexual abuse, Agent99 PR created impactful media materials that were delivered to targeted media under strict embargo. Coupled with exclusive interviews and profiling opportunities for Child Wise CEO Bernadette McMenamin, the project gained widespread national publicity.
Results
Despite the campaign launching the day before national 'sorry' day (one of the busiest media days of the year), the campaign achieved phenomenal results. Over 100 pieces of coverage and interviews were secured in top tier media including The Australian, ABC TV noon and 7pm news, ABC radio across all states, Mix FM, Nova, news.com.au, AAP, Take 5, Cleo, and Vive Magazine, amongst many more with over $500K of media coverage running over a two week period. Child Wise seminars filled up across all states, and information booklets had to be reprinted to fill demand.
Hunter Valley Wine Industry Association
Mission
Agent99 PR has been contracted to promote all events hosted by the Hunter Valley Wine Industry Association, including key events such as Hunter Uncorked at Balmoral, Hunter Valley Wine and Food Month, and the Hunter Semillon & Seafood Festival.
Approach
Spectacular weekend media preview famils, creative media kits, national and local promotions, VIP media event invitations, and extensive media dialogue, has seen Agent99 PR consistently deliver mass exposure for each event.
Results
Widespread coverage has been secured for the wineries and restaurants associated with the events. From feature articles to calendar mentions in countless publications, articles and segments have appeared in Taste, Delicious, Jetstar, Voyeur, House & Garden, Sydney Morning Herald, Herald Sun, Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Fresh, The Morning Show, Open Road, and Daily Telegraph to name a few. Attendance has increased significantly with some reporting a 40% rise on the previous years.
Margan Restaurant & Winery, Hunter Valley
Mission
Agent99 PR was engaged to launch The Home of Margan's stunning new restaurant on the Broke Fordwich property and attract attention to the wonderful family story behind it.
Approach
A staggered strategy saw a tailored approach executed to three distinct groups of target media that included food, wine and travel reviewers, design and architecture, and bridal media. One-on-one famils, beautifully tailored media materials, and a soft launch approach rather than the standard large scale event were recommended to give The Margan Restaurant extensive top tier media coverage.
Results
The Margans were featured in Good Living feature which saw them land on the front cover masthead of the Sydney Morning Herald beside Glenn McGrath! Other key media included Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Daily Telegraph, 2GB, Delicious, ABC Life etc, Voyeur, Australian Bride, Your Wedding, Mosman & Manly Daily, Wentworth Courier, Bartender, Newcastle Herald, and many more resulting in patronage significantly increased, and weddings booked for the following season.
Venus Advertising
Mission
Venus Advertising, an independently owned agency specialising in marketing to women engaged Agent99 PR to raise the organisation's profile, its specialist skills and the outstanding work executed for high profile clients such as Dotti, DeBortoli Wine, Colonial First Property Management, and Contours Gyms.
Approach
Developing a targeted media list which encompassed marketing, business, and industry specific trade publications, Agent99 PR devised a profiling campaign tailoring angles and information to each individual outlet.
Results
Amongst media that featured Venus Advertising were; BRW, a three page spread in Innovation, a cover story in My Business Magazine, a Q Business Radio interview that resulted in a segment on Sky TV Business, Top 15 under 40 feature in Dynamic Business Magazine, and regular expert columns in Inside Retailing and Kochie's Business Builders Program online.
The articles have helped to further build Venus' credibility, and provided visibility to key marketing decision makers generating new business leads for the company.
Mahindra Automotive Australia
Mission
The Mahindra Pik-Up was the first Indian vehicle to be introduced to the Australian market. The Tynan Motor Group, rated 74th in BRW's Top 500 Family Companies commissioned Agent99 PR to launch the new utility vehicle range to media and secured on-going coverage on a continued basis.
Approach
Motoring media were helicopter flown to a secret location to be the first to drive the vehicles in Australia. The launch garnered over $1 million of coverage and Agent99 has since developed and leveraged consumer research, creative event ideas, lengthy media test drives, customer testimonials and profiling opportunities to ensure a flow of coverage about the vehicle and the people behind it.
Results
The network has grown to over 25 dealerships and the vehicle was named top four in Overlander 4WD's Ute of the Year Issue. More than $3.5 million of media coverage has been secured across broadcast, print and online media, and brand awareness is growing daily.
Life Changing Experiences Foundation (LCEF)
Mission
On a pro bono basis, Agent99 PR has been working with the Life Changing Experiences Foundation and the SISTER2sister mentoring program for two years. Planning and executing an on-going public relations program, has generated interest from media, fundraising and volunteer stakeholders.

Agent99 PR continuously leverages all Foundation activities to ensure that the story and successes are told in the most effective and low cost way possible.
Results
The Foundation has been featured on Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Sky Business News, Vive Magazine, Sydney Morning Herald's Essential Magazine, Women's Weekly, Dolly, and countless local papers such as Wentworth Courier and North Shore Times. Jessica Brown, LCEF CEO was profiled in WHO Magazine's "Beautiful People" issue.
Agent99 PR assisted to conceptualise the SASSI (Sisters Aiding the SISTER2sister Initiative) program, which sees a huge pool of volunteers form event teams that fundraise and support the program on an on-going basis.
